Membership Pause Request

Are you travelling, nursing an injury, or just need a break?
Fret not! You have the option of pausing your membership if you have a 6 months or 12 months membership with us!

Pause durations allowed are as follows:
6 months: 28 days
12 months: 56 days

If the pause duration exceeds more than what is available as stated above, an administration fee of $38 is required to finalize the pause request.

Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before your forthcoming scheduled monthly recurring payment date.

Membership hold requests received later can be processed but the membership payments are non-refundable.

Upon expiration of the requested pause period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. (for monthly recurring payment members)
